I cannot get it to work with Voicemeeter's A1, A2, A3 outputs.

After dozens of uninstall&reinstall changing installation orders... I gave up.

What I want to do:
I want to install Equalizer APO to Voicemeeter's A1, A2, A3 outputs. So far it doesn't have any effect.

Observed Symptoms:

• Oddly, it does work right after I install it through Device Selector. But after rebooting the PC, it resets to the problematic state that it doesn't have any effect.
• When I try to Troubleshoot in the Device Selector, every option for A1, A2, A3 is not selectable. I cannot check the boxes, change options, etc.

Any advice?

SOLVED.
It was due to VoicemeeterClient.exe being excluded from the Windows startup for some reason.
Equalizer APO needs it to run with A1, A2, A3 outputs.
