When launching a Missing Technology window opens notifying of Adobe Flash ActiveX Control 6.0.0.0 unable to be located (see attach jpg). I understand that Adobe did away with this at the end of 2020. What can users to do now to deal with this repeating error message?

You're asking this on the wrong forum. Looking at the icon it's the PC Equalizer, also located here on SourceForge.
