Equalizer APO Not Showing Up After First Installation.

Hello all, i downloaded equalizer apo for the first time and i was instructed to restart my computer in order for it to work, i did, but its not showing up, any help will do. Thanks!
In the installation process of Equalizer APO its Configurator is shown so you can install Equalizer APO on the audio devices you want it on. By default it's only installed on the speakers and the microphone. In order to complete this part of the installation process you then need to restart your computer. After this restart nothing pops up. You now use the Configuration Editor of Equalizer APO or any other interface like the Peace equalizer or HeSuVi to manipulate the audio like EQ-ing, etc. If you need to manipulate other audio devices use the Configurator to install Equalizer APO on them.
