So I installed EqualizerAPO to try and override the maximum volume of my laptop which is connected to set of speakers. I thought the software was pretty cool so I played around with other settings. Anyways, i basically changed the setting for my output speakers and panicked and though uninstalling EqualizerAPO would reverse that. That didn't help and the sound was still all funny. I'm basically asking how I can go about resetting all my sound settings to what they were before I ever installed EqualizerAPO in the first place.
Any help is greatly appreciated and will prevent me from further tearing my hair out.

And if rebooting doesn't fix it, have you tried to install the audio driver(s) again? That's done by uninstalling the specific audio driver, restarting your computer so Windows installs it again.

After EqualizerAPO uninstallation, did you reboot your computer?
