Basically I want it to do the same thing as low frenqency protection but I don't have that setting in windows any idea how to do it? I want to cut all bass below 200 hz

By using a low pass Butterworth filter with a high order on 200 Hz the low part of the sound can completely be filtered. To set this up, enter 200 Hz above a slider, select this filter (under the slider) and enter at least 10 in the Q field (under the slider).
I guess you already know that by filtering 200 Hz and lower, music won't have lower bass making it sound a bit dull.
