Although I'm not an expert on the programming code of Equalizer APO it seems to me that somehow Equalizer APO (Device Selector, Configurator or Configuration Editor) can't seem to retrieve the specs of the Yeti. Or even can't properly access the Windows registry.
Perhaps you can run the Device Selector with administrative rights (right click menu -> Run as administrator). I don't think that's it but it's the first thing to check.

That was to be expected but it needed to be tried first. The next thing to try are the APO technique as listed in the "Install as" drop down box. Although the Device Selector tries to these techniques to get it going, it might be that another one works instead.

Also, since it's a mic it might be that in some apps it works with Equalizer APO and others not. Usually this is a matter of using the WASAPI exclusive mode by an app, just to be sure it's the only app streaming/recording. Uncheck the exclusive mode check boxes (see screenshot).

I having a same problem with my USB microphone, and yeah, I tried to run Device Selector with admin rights, but it didn't work
