Perhaps in principle these effects can be used by programming code of Equalizer APO, although there are related to media controls (music players, etc.). All depends if the programming structured provides a way to dynamically change some sample buffer (the audio stream).

eualizer apo, does load them succesfully.
i found the software that realtek uses. they use fortemedia apo. is there a way to connect this apo to my soundcard? i got the service installed and running. but i cant change anything.
