I use Mixxx to do podcast recordings and for the various microphones I usually put LR8 ISO and Bessel8 ISO filters on them to get rid of some of noise. I was wondering if anyone has scripts for those filters I can use with Equalizer APO?

I don't quite understand what the ISO is in LR8 ISO but the Peace interface has Linkwitz-Riley low/high pass filters (4th to 100th order). Input value 8 and Peace does the rest . These filters are "built" from Equalizer APO's low/high pass filters, for instance 8th order low pass:
Beneath a slider you'll find a small graphical button . By default all sliders have peak filters selected. A click on it and select Linkwitz-Riley. Then enter 8 (8th order) in the order field above the filter.
By any chance do you know how to create a Bessel filter with standard Equalizer APO low/high pass filters? It would be nice to incorporate a Bessel filter into Peace.

The LR8 filter in Mixxx has 3 knobs for low mid and high, I assume they correspond equal to the frequency range though.
I don't really know anything about these filters, I just applied them to see what would eliminate the most noise and keep vocal range undistorted. Mixxx is open so I suppose the code for the filter is somewhere in there and can probably be adapted logically to work in Peace.
I was originally hoping to just supply a txt as plugin for APO similarly to the LR filter I found in a thread here. I will fiddle around with the filtering in Peace, but from what I can tell no matter what I set there the microphone still sounds the same. Not sure if I did something wrong on the setup yet, but Peace just interfaces to APO does it not? So I guess I missed a setup step somewhere.

Okay, now I understand what you're using it for. You don't need specifically use a LR8 filter. Other filters can be used also. But a Linkwitz -Riley filter can have very sharp edges. Btw. another option for noise cancelling is using a gate VST plugin. It works like this the gate goes open when you speak and stay closed when you don't speak thus letting only your voice through and not the noise.
If Peace doesn't work, that means Equalizer APO doesn't work. Does it work on your speakers/headphones? By default Equalizer APO is installed on the mic and speakers. But maybe you need to install it on your mic by using the Configurator of Equalizer APO. After installation select the Microphone mono configuration in Peace and see if this one works. If not, you might need to set some troubleshooting option in the Configurator for the mic.

APO works, I have a variable EQ setup to kill some frequencies that buzz, guess from the usb connection. Just when I add filters to Peace I hear no difference in the output. Setting preamp or filters has no effect on output of the microphone when I listen to it via sound managament in windows.
Perhaps this has to do with APO reporting each time I start the configuration editor that it has not installed itself properly on the device, yet when I go into the capture section the Yeti Blue(yes horrible microphone I know) is selected and installed.
I can provide pictures if you can perhaps spot what's wrong according to them, I'm stumped.

Yes, if the Configuration Editor reports that Equalizer APO isn't installed properly on the Yeti Blue something is definitely going wrong. Therefore Peace or the Configuration Editor won't work. You might check out the Windows audio control panel of the Yeti Blue. Perhaps some option must been checked or unchecked. Or some troubleshooting option for this mic must be set in the Configurator.

Perhaps a script like this can also be made for Bessel but I don't know how exactly.
I installed Peace and have it running, how do I select and configure the filter?
