FabFilter Pro-Q stop working.

I have an issue with FabFilter plugin and EQ APO pn Windows 10. This year I reinstalled my win and APO again and when I set all the settings and closed it everything was working perfectly. But one day it stopped working. I mean I can see the level leaping in windows tray, but can't hear any sound. When turn off the plug-in it starts working again, but without EQ. And if I turn on FabFilter again it doesn't work anyway. Changing Pro-Q 2 on the third version helped, but now it happens again.
BTW I tried Voxengo GlissEQ, and there is another problem sound's level is decreasing for a second after a while.
I use Fast Track Pro and its ASIO driver.
I've updated my Windows to 1903 and it works again
