It feels like i have completely ruined my sound. I uninstalled it and the sound hasn't came back so i decided to uninstall audio from device manager and restart and its still the same.

Do i have to uninstall Realtek audio manager (SupremeFX)? Safe mode? i haven't tried these.

I want to completely go back to default settings. Thanks in advance

For reference i had APO with peace gui installed. If that changes anything.

The Peace GUI isn't the issue. Somehow Equalizer APO uninstall process couldn't revert to the former audio driver settings. This might happen if:
      - Equalizer APO is installed more than ones without uninstalling
      - an antivirus/firewall app prevents Equalizer APO access to the Windows registry during installation (during the usage of the Configurator) or uninstallation
      - some Windows update is messing things up

Usually by uninstalling an audio driver with the device manager and then restarting the computer solves the issue. So at least the Realtek audio manager needs to be uninstall also, I guess. Also, I have seen users doing this a few times before the audio driver was restored. I don't know why or how this works. But to be thorough also delete any registry keys which are related to Equalizer APO. So this (elaborate) procedure:
      - Uninstall Equalizer APO
      - If present, delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\EqualizerAPO and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EqualizerAPO
      - Restart computer.
      - Uninstall audio software, in your case the Realtek audio manager.
      - Restart computer.
      - Uninstall the proper audio driver(s). Of course by uninstalling the Realtek manager this could also been done already.
      - Restart computer.
      - Windows should automatically "plug and play" to install an audio driver.

If this isn't working then you might need to download an updated device driver.

Thanks, uninstalled realtek (which in turn also uninstalled the audio drivers) & Registery folders and it seems to work fine so far.

From restart it didn't install the realtek driver software but it re-installed the audio driver. Which is weird but its fine.

Yes so far, I decided against installing realtek audio driver (software?) for now as well. Thank you for the help!

              No problem. Good luck!
