-I've tried reinstalling both equalizerAPO and Peace, no avail.
-I tried rollback to version 1.1.2 with the latest peace installed.

I don't know why this happens. And as the developer of Equalizer APO isn't active on this project, we won't get any answers. One thing you could try is to uncheck both "Use original APO" checkboxes (if those aren't greyed out). Do you know how to access these troubleshooting options for a device?

Peter, given the dev isn't active on this project, is there any chance you might be able to fork this project as a merging into Peace?

The problem is that the source code is a bit out of my league. Besides, I'm not fond of c++. But I already know a lot of ins and outs. I hope someone forks this and create some nice improvements. I have considered making my own "Configurator" as this app needs to be improved on userfriendlyness.

Anyway, if there is a possible to make Equalizer APO work 100% all the time I would have packed it in the Peace installer. Unfortunately, when Equalizer APO isn't working out of the box there are so many things to consider and it can't easily be tested which one works. It's a bit of an annoyance.
