Is there a way to add a VST plugin in Peace APO?

I'm trying to add the RoughRider 3 audio compressor to Peace APO, but can't find a way. Videos I've watched show it being added in EqualizerAPO through clicking a green plus and selecting "add VST plugin," but I can't figure out if it is possible on Peace. If Peace is just a GUI for equalizer, I should be able to, right?
Peace is not an APO and AFAIK, Peace does not support VST.
What you do through Peace should not be found in config.txt but in file you include on config.txt (Include: peace.txt as for an example).
ATM, VST plug-ins are loaded/controlled through Configuration Editor.
Perhaps I'm able to build in a VST plugin support in a future Peace version. Right now the only way to put in your VST plugin into Peace is on its Commands window. That's inconvenient as you have to copy the VST plugin command from the Configuration Editor when you're done setting it up. But this editor can be used together with Peace. Just add commands below or above "include: peace.txt".
