I recently noticed something strange happening whenever i would use Equalizer APO. Before, all I had to do was just pair my devices to the default ones i use and its just done. One time thing right? Now, everytime i open up the program i would have to open the Configurator because my Capture devices dont show up, only my Playback devices. I would have to just constantly configurate my capture devices over and over and im not sure why?

I guess you're talking about the Configuration Editor?
There can be a few reasons why this happens. If you're talking about a Bluetooth mic then make sure it's in the "connected" state in Windows. If not, everytime you switch on the mic Windows creates a new audio device on which Equalizer APO isn't installed on.
Secondly, on Windows 11 make sure that you disable the 'telephone' mic part of the Bluetooth mic. This Windows version combines the 2 parts of a Bluetooth device into one. Perhaps this is the issue?
