'reverse channels' (effects) and 'reverse stereo left and right channels' (commands) - neither is saved when switching presets/configuration, they simply revert to default.
Either one will do, of course. MPC-BE doesn't have it, nor LAV audio decoder, nor Windows...

I guess you're speaking about the Peace equalizer. Although this isn't the Peace forum I will try to help you here.
I'm not sure if you aware of this but after changing some setting on the Effects panel you need to save the changed settings to your (current) or to a new configuration. The effects as well as commands are a part of the configuration. In other words, a configuration can be a combi of EQ, effects and commands.
