I have a problem. It works on some things and not on others. For example, it works in the Firefox browser, but not in Google Chrome; it works in some programs, but not in Discord, which I use constantly. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What audio device are you talking about? If a mic then at least try the unchecked exclusive mode checkboxes as shown in the screenshot. If an output device like speakers then in principle these checkboxes need also to be unchecked. However, apps don't usually set an audio device in exclusive mode (which bypasses any APO like Equalizer APO) but at least try it. And change the audio output technique. For instance in Discord there's a settings called 'Audio subsystem'. Try all different options over there.
