I like using Loudness Equalization in Windows 11 for basically Netflix only. Does it matter if i have Equalizer APO running? or do i have to disable it somehow for Loudness Equalization to work?

All sound effects in Windows are Audio Processing Objects (APO's like Equalizer APO's APO). Unfortunately Equalizer APO's APO can "collide" with any APO. This is mainly caused by the manufacturer not complying to the Windows standard of making APO's. So do you need to disable things? No. Just try if things work. If they do, you're alright. In this wiki section you'll see that Equalizer APO like the other APO's needs some checkboxes checked in order to work.
