I have just had a look and I don't see any problems with the listings as they stand. I think you should leave it as it is and go from there. I thought I posted this yesterday but I couldn't find it in the archives ! Feature creep is a problem amongst many software projects, to help get version 1 of dnfBB released I have re-prioritised the feature requests (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=152364&atid=784892) to what I would like to see in version 1, yes, I am already thinking about this release which shouldn't be too many weeks away :-) The thought was, any feature request that is 6 or above will be included in version 1, any feature request that is 5 or below will be done post version 1. I was thinking about a new table, this will contain the userid, the expire time (5 mins configurable by admin) and the ip address. When users login a new record will be inserted, if one exists then the expire time will be updated. TBH I havn't given it much thought at the mo, so any ideas welcome. The one caveat in the whole process is guest users, it should be easy to track logged in users under the current tables as we already store the session info. It's the guests that are a pain :-) |

I have finished the db side of the signup process, unfortunately I have had to add new columns to DNFDB_BOARDS, and change all associated procedures. I have also started the email templates, this has involved the creation of 3 new procs. The good news is, I should have user signup completely done by the end of the weekend, this already includes the ability to email the users when using FBMail :-) Rgds Si |

I am using Tortoise and SmartCVS, I had a problem with SmartCVS putting files in wrong folder on server before (at least I think it was SmartCVS :-) ). I was going to create email templates that can be altered by admins for different scenarios, these include: # Welcome email # Notification of signup to board admins # Notification when a post is moved/deleted (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1407630&group_id=1 52364&atid=784892) And any other emails that might be sent.
