I am using Tortoise and SmartCVS, I had a problem with SmartCVS putting
files in wrong folder on server before (at least I think it was SmartCVS :-)
).  I have been using SmartCVS to donload and Tortoise to upload ever since
and yes its Tortoise that I'm having problems with.  I will download and try
WinCVS tonight before I do batch commits.
