[Dnfbb-developers] User Signup

I have finished the db side of the signup process, unfortunately I have had
to add new columns to DNFDB_BOARDS, and change all associated procedures.

I have also started the email templates, this has involved the creation of 3
new procs.

The good news is, I should have user signup completely done by the end of
the weekend, this already includes the ability to email the users when using
FBMail :-)
