    ELF (Extensive Lightweight Framework)

    ELF (Extensive Lightweight Framework)

An End-To-End, Lightweight and Flexible Platform for Game Research

ELF (Extensive, Lightweight, and Flexible) is a high-performance platform for reinforcement learning research that unifies simulation, data collection, and distributed training. A C++ core provides fast environments and concurrent actors, while Python bindings expose simple APIs for agents, replay, and optimization loops. It supports both single-agent and multi-agent settings, with batched stepping and shared-memory queues that keep GPUs saturated during training. ELF introduced widely used reference systems, most notably ELF OpenGo, demonstrating at-scale self-play with strong analysis tooling and public checkpoints. ...

    Kalibr Allan

    Kalibr Allan

    IMU Allan standard deviation charts

...While manufacturers typically provide “white noise” values in IMU datasheets, the bias instability and random walk parameters must be determined experimentally. This project enables users to compute those values using Allan variance analysis from recorded IMU data. The workflow involves recording IMU measurements with the device stationary, converting ROS bag files into MATLAB-compatible formats, and then running MATLAB scripts to generate Allan deviation plots. These plots are analyzed to determine noise density and random walk parameters for both gyroscopes and accelerometers. ...

    Pipelines

    Pipelines

An experimental programming language for data flow

Pipelines is a language and runtime for crafting massively parallel pipelines. Unlike other languages for defining data flow, the Pipeline language requires the implementation of components to be defined separately in the Python scripting language. This allows the details of implementations to be separated from the structure of the pipeline while providing access to thousands of active libraries for machine learning, data analysis, and processing.

    Phusion2

The genome assembly pipeline based on read clustering

Phusion2 is a pipeline for de novo genome assembly using NGS data. It is based upon a strategy called read clustering. Starting with kmer frequency analysis, this allows for a reasonable selection of the kmer sizes. K-tuples from raw reads are merged and sorted into a table so that multiple occurring kmer words shared by different reads can be linked.  A relation matrix is used to record the shared kmer words among all the reads.
