    Telegraf

    Telegraf

The plugin-driven server agent for collecting and reporting metrics

Telegraf is an agent for collecting, processing, aggregating, and writing metrics. Design goals are to have a minimal memory footprint with a plugin system so that developers in the community can easily add support for collecting metrics. Telegraf is plugin-driven and has the concept of 4 distinct plugin types. Input Plugins collect metrics from the system, services, or 3rd party APIs. Processor Plugins transform, decorate, and/or filter metrics. Aggregator Plugins create aggregate metrics (e.g. mean, min, max, quantiles, etc.). Output Plugins write metrics to various destinations. New plugins are designed to be easy to contribute, pull requests are welcomed and we work to incorporate as many pull requests as possible. You can try Telegraf right in your browser in the Telegraf playground. Telegraf shares the same minimum requirements as Go.

    Terragrunt

    Terragrunt

Wrapper for Terraform that provides extra tools

Terragrunt is a thin wrapper that provides extra tools for keeping your configurations DRY, working with multiple Terraform modules, and managing remote state. Define Terraform code once, no matter how many environments you have. Get rid of duplicated backend code. Define how to manage your Terraform state once in a root directory and inherit in all child modules. Set CLI arguments for repeatable Terraform commands once in Terragrunt configuration. Execute Terraform commands on multiple modules at once. Run one command for all modules instead of executing it in each module independently. Execute custom code before or after running Terraform. Terragrunt has the ability to download remote Terraform configurations. The idea is that you define the Terraform code for your infrastructure just once, in a single repo. The easiest way to use Terragrunt with private Git repos is to use SSH authentication. Configure your Git account so you can use it with SSH.

    Webcam Capture API

    Webcam Capture API

Allow integrated or USB-connected webcams to be accessed from Java

This library allows you to use your built-in or external webcam directly from Java. It's designed to abstract commonly used camera features and support various capturing frameworks. Assume a situation when your code depends on some capturing framework, but suddenly you have to drop it and use a different, maybe newer one (e.g. replace archaic JMF with newest GStreamer). By doing this you will have to rewrite significant piece of your code because these frameworks are completely different and not compatible at all. This is where Webcam Capture API comes to save the world - it was created to remove the burden of such situations so you do not have to rewrite your code ever again, but instead, you can simply switch the driver class to a different one.

    Wizard

    Wizard

An open source document management tool

In order to encourage everyone to write development documents during the development process, we initially chose the ShowDoc project as a document management tool. At that time, the team size was also very small, and everyone wrote some simple development documents directly in Markdown. Later, with the growth of the team, the separation of front and back ends, and the refinement of the team division of labor, it became difficult to use only Markdown. At this time, we first thought of using Swagger, which is popular in the open source world, to create development documents. But there are so many Swagger documents, there must be a place to maintain it, right? It is not enough to use Swagger for the documentation in the project. It is only suitable for the management of API documents, and there are many other documents, such as design ideas, flowcharts, architecture documents, technical solutions, database changes and other documents that need to be maintained together.

A Moonscript dialect compiles to Lua

A language that compiles to Lua. Yuescript is a Moonscript dialect. It is derived from Moonscript language 0.5.0 and continuously adopts new features to be more up-to-date. Moonscript is a language that compiles Lua. Since the original Moonscript has been used to write web framework lapis and run a few business websites like itch.io and streak.club with some large code bases. The original language is getting too hard to adopt new features for those that may break the stability of existing applications. So Yuescript is a new code base for pushing the language to go forward and being a playground to try introducing new language syntax or programming paradigms to make Moonscript language more expressive and productive.

    gitbase

    gitbase

SQL interface to git repositories, written in Go.

gitbase, is a SQL database interface to Git repositories. This project is now part of source{d} Community Edition, which provides the simplest way to get started with a single command. It can be used to perform SQL queries about the Git history and about the Universal AST of the code itself. gitbase is being built to work on top of any number of git repositories. gitbase implements the MySQL wire protocol, it can be accessed using any MySQL client or library from any language. The project is currently in alpha stage, meaning it's still lacking performance in a number of cases but we are working hard on getting a performant system able to process thousands of repositories in a single node. Stay tuned! gitbase was born to ease the analysis of git repositories and their source code. Also, making it MySQL compatible, we provide the maximum compatibility between languages and existing tools.

    hollows_hunter

    hollows_hunter

Recognizes and dumps a variety of potentially malicious implants

Hollows Hunter is a command-line malware analysis tool based on the PE-sieve passive memory scanner. It scans running processes, or even the full system, to identify potentially malicious implants. The tool can recognize and dump suspicious artifacts such as replaced PEs, injected PEs, shellcode, hooks, and in-memory patches. Unlike PE-sieve’s more process-specific workflow, Hollows Hunter can select targets using broader criteria such as process IDs, process names, or creation time. This makes it useful for incident response, memory triage, and forensic investigation of suspicious Windows systems. Its purpose is defensive analysis, helping researchers extract suspicious memory artifacts for deeper review.

    ko

    ko

Build and deploy Go applications on Kubernetes

ko is a simple, fast container image builder for Go applications. It's ideal for use cases where your image contains a single Go application without any/many dependencies on the OS base image (e.g., no cgo, no OS package dependencies). ko builds images by effectively executing go build on your local machine, and as such doesn't require docker to be installed. This can make it a good fit for lightweight CI/CD use cases. ko also includes support for simple YAML templating which makes it a powerful tool for Kubernetes applications. ko depends on the authentication configured in your Docker config. If you can push an image with docker push, you are already authenticated for ko. Since ko doesn't require docker, ko login also provides a surface for logging in to a container image registry with a username and password, similar to docker login. Additionally, if auth is not configured in the Docker config, ko includes built-in support for authenticating container registries.
