EF Core is a modern object-database mapper for .NET. It supports LINQ queries, change tracking, updates, and schema migrations. Entity Framework Core is a modern object-database mapper for .NET. It supports LINQ queries, change tracking, updates, and schema migrations. EF Core works with many databases, including SQL Database (on-premises and Azure), SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB. To install EF Core, you install the package for the EF Core database provider(s) you want to target. This tutorial uses SQLite because it runs on all platforms that .NET Core supports. This application intentionally keeps things simple for clarity. Connection strings should not be stored in the code for production applications. You may also want to split each C# class into its own file. Query and manage relational data in a .NET Core app with an Object-Relational Mapper (O/RM).

    Fabric

    Fabric

Fabric is an open-source framework for augmenting humans using AI

Fabric is a command-line framework that turns a curated library of prompt “patterns” into reusable, automatable workflows for large language models. Instead of repeatedly crafting ad-hoc prompts, you pick a pattern (for research, summarization, brainstorming, code review, and more) and feed it inputs or files. The tool standardizes execution with configuration files and environment variables, enabling reproducible runs across different models and providers. Patterns can be customized with variables, chained into pipelines, and applied to entire directories, which helps scale editorial or analytical tasks. A growing catalog of community patterns serves as a knowledge base for effective prompt engineering in practical contexts. In short, Fabric makes LLM work predictable and scriptable, so teams can share methods rather than one-off prompts.

    Hertz

    Hertz

Go HTTP framework with high-performance and strong-extensibility

Hertz [həːts] is a high-usability, high-performance and high-extensibility Golang HTTP framework that helps developers build microservices. It was designed with reference to other open-source frameworks like fasthttp, gin, echo and combined with the internal requirements in ByteDance. At present, it has been widely used inside ByteDance. Nowadays, more and more microservices use Golang. If you have requirements for microservice performance and hope that the framework can fully meet the internal customizable requirements, Hertz will be a good choice. During the development process, it is often more important to write the correct code quickly. Therefore, in the iterative process of Hertz, we actively listen to users' opinions and continue to polish the framework, hoping to provide users with a better user experience and help users write correct code faster.

    Hotspot

    Hotspot

The Linux perf GUI for performance analysis

This project is a KDAB R&D effort to create a standalone GUI for performance data. As the first goal, we want to provide a UI like KCachegrind around Linux perf. Looking ahead, we intend to support various other performance data formats under this umbrella. The main feature of the hotspot is visualizing a perf.data file graphically. The timeline allows filtering the results by time, process, or thread. The data views will update accordingly. You can also launch perf from the hotspot, to profile a newly started application, or to attach to an already running process(es). Building hotspot from a source gives you the latest and greatest, but you'll have to make sure all its dependencies are available. Most users should probably install a hotspot from the distro package manager or as an AppImage.

    JS Beautifier

    JS Beautifier

    Beautifier for javascript

This little beautifier will reformat and re-indent bookmarklets, ugly JavaScript, unpack scripts packed by Dean Edward’s popular packer, as well as partly deobfuscate scripts processed by the npm package javascript-obfuscator. All of the source code is completely free and open, available on GitHub under MIT licence, and we have a command-line version, python library and a node package as well. You may install the NPM package js-beautify. When installed globally, it provides an executable js-beautify script. As with the Python script, the beautified result is sent to stdout unless otherwise configured. You can also use js-beautify as a node library (install locally, the npm default). The beautifier can be added on your page as web library. JS Beautifier is hosted on two CDN services: cdnjs and rawgit. You can beautify javascript using JS Beautifier in your web browser, or on the command-line using node.js or python.

    Karate

    Karate

    Test automation made simple

Karate is the only open-source tool to combine API test-automation, mocks, performance-testing and even UI automation into a single, unified framework. The BDD syntax popularized by Cucumber is language-neutral, and easy for even non-programmers. Assertions and HTML reports are built-in, and you can run tests in parallel for speed. There’s also a cross-platform stand-alone executable for teams not comfortable with Java. You don’t have to compile code. Just write tests in a simple, readable syntax, carefully designed for HTTP, JSON, GraphQL and XML. And you can mix API and UI test-automation within the same test script. A Java API also exists for those who prefer to programmatically integrate Karate’s rich automation and data-assertion capabilities. It is worth pointing out that JSON is a ‘first class citizen’ of the syntax such that you can express payload and expected data without having to use double-quotes and without having to enclose JSON field names in quotes.

Kubernetes Operator to automate Helm, DaemonSet, StatefulSet, etc

kubectl is the new SSH. If you are using it to update production workloads, you are doing it wrong. See examples on how to automate application updates. A single command, no dependencies. No lock-in, no custom configuration files. Start using it now. Runs as a single container, with no database is required. Policies and trigger types are specified in your application deployment files or Helm charts. Use policies to define when you want your application to be updated. Providers can have different mechanisms of getting configuration for your application, but policies are consistent across all of them. Users can specify on their Kubernetes manifests or Helm charts how many approvals do they have to collect before a resource gets updated. Approvals can be collected through the web admin dashboard, HTTP API, Slack and HipChat. Read more about approvals in the docs.

    KnowNote

    KnowNote

A local-first AI knowledge base & NotebookLM alternative

KnowNote is a local-first, open-source AI knowledge base and notebook application created as an Electron-based alternative to Google NotebookLM that emphasizes privacy, control, and simplicity. It lets users build an intelligent, searchable knowledge base from uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word files, PowerPoints, and web pages, and then interact with that content using LLM-powered chat, summarization, and reasoning tools. Unlike many NotebookLM alternatives that rely on Docker or cloud deployments, KnowNote runs natively on desktop platforms without complex setup, meaning all data stays local unless the user opts to integrate with self-managed or private LLM APIs. Its retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system offers semantic search and traceable source references, and it supports multiple LLM providers through a flexible plugin-style provider architecture.

    Kreuzberg

    Polyglot document intelligence framework

Kreuzberg is a flexible task orchestration and agent workflow platform designed to help developers build, coordinate, and scale intelligent agents or automation pipelines that interact with external services, runtime environments, and multi-step business workflows. It emphasizes modular design so that developers can define discrete tasks or “actions” and then compose them into complex flows where dependencies, parallel steps, and error handling are declaratively managed. This structure makes it simpler to build resilient automation pipelines that span multiple technologies or APIs without needing to glue everything together manually. The platform also supports observability and monitoring, helping teams trace the progression of workflows, catch errors early, and evaluate performance trends in orchestrated systems.

    Laravel Tinker

    Laravel Tinker

Powerful REPL for the Laravel framework

Laravel Tinker is a powerful REPL for the Laravel framework, powered by the PsySH package. All Laravel applications include Tinker by default. However, you may install Tinker using Composer if you have previously removed it from your application. Tinker allows you to interact with your entire Laravel application on the command line, including your Eloquent models, jobs, events, and more. To enter the Tinker environment, run the tinker Artisan command. You can publish Tinker's configuration file using the vendor:publish command. The dispatch helper function and dispatch method on the Dispatchable class depends on garbage collection to place the job on the queue. Therefore, when using tinker, you should use Bus::dispatch or Queue::push to dispatch jobs. Tinker utilizes an "allow" list to determine which Artisan commands are allowed to be run within its shell. By default, you may run the clear-compiled, down, env, inspire, migrate, optimize, and up commands.
