QuickDicom is an easy to use dicom medical imaging package for Mac OSX, providing QuickLook, Spotlight, Quartz Composer, Window/Level and a dicom file analyzer. Also included is the iiDicom Framework for image/dictionary usage in Objective C and Python.

The intention is to (eventually) create a simple hydrology / hydraulics package that will calculate stormwater or wastewater flows in a drainage network. At the moment, it consists of a couple of libraries and calculators. Hope it's useful.

RASP uses structure-based chemical shift predictions to solve the backbone resonance assignment problem in protein NMR spectroscopy. This enables rapid determination of highly accurate assignments on the basis of minimal experimental datasets, even for spectroscopically challenging proteins. RASP takes as input spin systems assembled on the basis of an arbitrary set of conventional triple-resonance NMR experiments. Uniquely, RASP is capable of extensive assignments even in the abscence of Cbeta chemical shift information: over a test set of 154 proteins RASP assigns 88 % of residues with an accuracy of 99.7 %, using only information available from HNCO and HNCA spectra. RDRPOSTagger obtains fast performance in both learning and tagging process. RDRPOSTagger also achieves a very competitive accuracy in comparison to the state-of-the-art results. RDRPOSTagger now supports pre-trained POS and morphological tagging models for Bulgarian, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai and Vietnamese. The RDXplorer is a computational tool for copy number variants (CNV) detection in whole human genome sequence data using read depth (RD) coverage. CNV detection is based on the Event-Wise Testing (EWT) algorithm recently published by our group.
