This software is the result of my PhD at the University of Chile and the participation at TRECVID Content-Based Copy Detection (CCD) evaluation task 2010 and 2011. WebChem Viewer is a simple, free, open-source program that generates HTML-formatted output that can be viewed in any modern web browser, on any operating system (including mobile), without requiring the installation of additional software. ...NaRIBaS does not replace a simulation software and specific analysis tools like Gromacs, but it allows iterative repetition of tasks while changing specific input parameter. The toolbox is to be understood as a scripting framework rather than a black-box software. Task specific input and preparation or analysis function, are easy expandable to meet the scientific characteristic of constant changing properties. Concepts for efficiently storing and analysing large files in conjunction with graphical visualization and numerical data processing are presented in a Manual. In particular, DReAMSim enables users to model task scheduling techniques at a preliminary design stage in order to investigate their performance potential. The simulation framework makes it easy to extract various performance and resource utilization related statistics to study the behavior of different task scheduling techniques.
