Although written for this specific task it is easy to adopt for any experimental task which changes hardware parameters and waits for a specific condition before proceeding. The communication with the hardware is independent of the GUI and any number of devices can be selected. To modify the code for any other task only the hardware interface needs to be redefined.

The Insecticide Resistance Monitoring Application

This application reads in and plots scope waveform files that use the Tektronix '.ISF' format. The '.ISF' binary format file is created when channel waveform data is saved out of an oscilloscope. Either drag&drop the '.ISF' files into the grid OR use the 'File Open' menu selection. Once all the ISF files are in the grid, enter the percent (starting from the beginning) to plot into the '% to plot' column in the grid. Then press the 'Plot Data' button to render the waveforms.

Ichnaea is a set of tools that aid in collecting and tracking parameters and timings for parallel applications. The Performance Modelling Timing Module, PMTM, is a library that wraps system timing calls to abstract these from code developers and aid portability. It also has functionality to store parameters and print those, along with the timing information to a comma separated variable file. The Performance Modelling Analysis Tool, PMAT, is coming soon. This is able to read in and store the outputs from PMTM and produce some graphs based on user-defined criteria. Documentation found in the Wiki. IRSA is a toolkit for Information Retrieval Service Assessment. It builds upon the Grails Web Framework and is developed at GESIS. It implements two main functionalities: (1) A number of showcases that show the implemented services like a so-called Search Term Recommender and different science-model based ranking mechanisms and (2) an IR assessment module that let's one do an interactive evaluation of the retrieval services. All implemented services are available via well-documented RESTful API. This toolkit is distributed under an Apache License 2.0.
