IEDExplorer is an IEC 61850 client tool written for testing and educational purposes. IEDExplorer can connect to an IEC61850 device (also called an IED) over MMS (ISO/IEC9506-1 and ISO/IEC 9506-2) communication protocol. The tool is written in pure C# including the MMS ASN.1 parser (based on BinaryNotes ASN.1 tool) and runs in .net environment, on Windows. Linux/Mono support has been lost on the way (volunteers welcome). See Features for what the tool can do for you. I will appreciate your help in testing and extending the tool! -

Outta Timer is a versatile egg timer style application for Windows. Based on the .NET framework, this program allows users to set a single countdown timer, save a list of frequently used countdown timers, or simply count up from zero. The timer playlist can be run in sequence, which is perfect for scripted situations like presentations, or time-sensitive choreographed events like broadcast scheduling and event management. This application was developed in the first place as an aide for benchmarking processes that required many different time intervals. User created playlists can be saved and imported, insuring you always have the right set of timers for the occasion. Future features may include PowerPoint integration and actionable triggers (think cron job or scheduled task) that can fire after a given timer expires. This application reads in and plots scope waveform files that use the Tektronix '.ISF' format. The '.ISF' binary format file is created when channel waveform data is saved out of an oscilloscope.
