Ancient Linux on Windows
Building and running ancient Linux on Windows
While I may have started with Linux 0.11, I've expanded this to include several older relases of the Linux kernel that you can cross compile from Windows, and run on Qemu. I've managed to get the older versions of the software tools running on Windows, so that there is no major invasive source changes, outside of either broken drivers, or massaging the makefiles to find things in the new paths, and calling the appropriate tools where needed. Linux 0.10 is the first oldest version of Linux that is somewhat usable. While it lacks things like TCP/IP, and robust filesystems, it does offer a small kernel size, perfect for playing around with. ... -

this is a compiler wrapper made to wrap - borland c++ 5.5.1 (no longer available, *bc*) - DJGPP (gp.cmd,older gp.bat,*gp*) - mingw and mingw-w64 compilers (install-compilers.cmd, zap*, *gw2*) - mingw-w64 vityan compiler batch files for ubuntu natty and freebsd (*gwix*) are packaged with set just above. currently, you still have to specify exe or dll even there is no extension of linux binaries. it is not setup yet for .so files. I will need to do something for those. These are distributed as separate zip files, and are updated and upgraded whenever I see a bug, or need a feature. mod_spamhaus_new is an Apache module that uses DNSBL in order to block spam relay via web forms, preventing URL injection, block HTTP DDoS attacks from bots and generally protecting your web service denying access to a known bad IP address. This module is based on mod_spamhaus but has been updated for actual web server configurations and to support a list of domains, which are NOT spam blocked so customers can reach you even if they got a dynamic IP which is on a spam list. Instead of requiring cygwin and all it's dependencies, I'm going to build Dynamips on MinGW. I am currently using a fork of the latest GIT source. So far, I've been able to run things that I can run with the Cygwin version, and some of the broken features are on par. I've also been able to merge in the 'unstable' PowerPC core which can run things the 'stable' cannot. Transport wise, I've gotten it to talk with pcap and UDP. I have the groundwork to make it dynamic so that pcap isn't required to run it, so you can run dynamips without installing anything. ... -

BattleFleet (BF) is the model of naval conflicts at the turn of the 20th century from the high point of view. In Battlefleet old battles can be reproduced. The game graphic is primitive - it shows the ships positions on the map. So, it is simple to learn the game. For now the game allows to reproduce ships movement. The main forces of Russia and Japan in the Tsushima battle are available. Additional ships may be added by user. The first stage of the Tsushima battle is given as example - one of possible scenarios.
