SimpleITK

SimpleITK is an image analysis toolkit with a large number of components supporting general filtering operations, image segmentation and registration. It is built on top of the Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit ITK with the intent of providing a simplified interface to ITK. SimpleITK itself is written in C++ but is available for a large number of programming languages. Wrapping of the C++ code is accomplished through SWIG, in principle, any language wrapped by SWIG should be applicable to SimpleITK. Unlike ITK's support of n-dimensional spatio-temporal images, SimpleITK supports 2D, 3D and 4D images. The dimensionality refers to spatiotemporal dimensions, the voxels can be n-dimensional vectors. Open-source multi-dimensional image analysis in Python, R, Java, C#, Lua, Ruby, TCL and C++. Developed by the Insight Toolkit community for the biomedical sciences and beyond. -

SkiaSharp is a cross-platform 2D graphics API for .NET platforms based on Google's Skia Graphics Library. It provides a comprehensive 2D API that can be used across mobile, server and desktop models to render images. Building SkiaSharp is mostly straight forward. The main issue is the multiple dependencies for each platform. However, these are easy to install as they are found on the various websites. If you are just working on managed code, it is even easier as there mays to skip all the native builds. Because there are multiple distros of Linux, and we cannot possibly support them all, we have a separate NuGet package that will contain the supported binaries for a few distros. -

A curated collection of all country flags in SVG, plus the CSS for easier integration. For using the flags inline with text add the classes .fi and .fi-xx (where xx is the ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 code of a country) to an empty <span>. If you want to have a squared version flag then add the class fis as well. You could also apply this to any element, but in that case you'll have to use the fib instead of fi and you're set. This means that the flag is just going to appear in the middle of an element, so you will have to set manually the correct size of 4 by 3 ratio or if it's squared add also the flag-icon-squared class. To have only specific countries in the css file, remove the ones that you don't need from the flag-icons-list.less file and build it again. -
