Decodes quoted-printable sequences; handles UTF-8, UTF-16BE, UTF-16LE; optionally translates common characters from DOS or Windows code pages or HP-Roman8 into ISO-8859-1. UCS characters can be mapped to 8-bit translation strings. Single ISO C source file, "8conv.c". Translation can be controlled through a configuration file, the sample file "8conv.conf" shows the syntax. -
