AsciiDoc Toolchain for technical Software Documentation
docToolchain is a toolkit built around the “docs as code” philosophy, designed to make writing, maintaining, and publishing technical documentation as smooth as software development itself. It provides a suite of scripts and integrations to generate documentation from AsciiDoc (and related formats), run automated checks, incorporate diagrams, and publish outputs in different formats (HTML, PDF, etc.). The framework encourages documentation and architecture artifacts to live alongside source code, versioned in the same repositories, so changes in code and docs can evolve together. It supports templates (such as the arc42 architecture template), reusable snippets, and modular documentation where different aspects (API docs, architecture, user guides) are composed. The toolchain also includes validation stages (e.g. sanity checks, broken link detection) to catch issues before publication. -

This is a new code repository for SchemaSpy tool initially created and maintained by John Currier. I personally believe that work on SchemaSpy should be continued, and a lot of still existing issues should be resolved. Last released version of the SchemaSpy was in 2010, and I have a plan to change this. Process of installation is very simple because SchemaSpy is only one Java .jar application. You can learn more read the installation doc. When you environment will be ready, and you can start using SchemaSpy you can read more about the configuration. Browse some sample pages generated by SchemaSpy. Note that this was run against an extremely limited schema so it doesn't show the full power of the tool. -

The most accurate and up-to-date ECMAScript specification. It contains the content of the most recent yearly snapshot plus any finished proposals (those that have reached Stage 4 in the proposal process and thus are implemented in several implementations and will be in the next practical revision) since that snapshot was taken. This Ecma Standard defines the ECMAScript 2022 Language. It is the twelfth edition of the ECMAScript Language Specification. Since publication of the first edition in 1997, ECMAScript has grown to be one of the world's most widely used general-purpose programming languages. It is best known as the language embedded in web browsers but has also been widely adopted for server and embedded applications. ECMAScript is based on several originating technologies, the most well-known being JavaScript (Netscape) and JScript (Microsoft). The language was invented by Brendan Eich at Netscape and first appeared in that company's Navigator 2.0 browser. -

Guidelines support library
The Guidelines Support Library (GSL) contains functions and types that are suggested for use by the C++ Core Guidelines maintained by the Standard C++ Foundation. This repo contains Microsoft's implementation of GSL. The entire implementation is provided inline in the headers under the gsl directory. The implementation generally assumes a platform that implements C++14 support. While some types have been broken out into their own headers (e.g. gsl/span), it is simplest to just include gsl/gsl and gain access to the entire library. This project makes use of the Google Test testing library. Please see the ThirdPartyNotices.txt file for details regarding the licensing of Google Test. -

apiDoc creates a documentation from API annotations in your source code. apiDoc gives you the ability to attach a version number to an API so you can easily track changes between versions. Creates an apiDoc of all files within dir myapp/, uses template from dir mytemplate/ and put all output to dir apidoc/. Without any parameter, apiDoc generate a documentation from all .cs .dart .erl .go .java .js .php .py .rb .ts files in current dir (incl. subdirs) and writes the output to ./doc/. apiDoc include a default template which uses handlebars, Bootstrap, RequireJS and jQuery for the output of the generated api_data.js and api_project.js as a html-page. By default the generated apiDoc use a complex Template, which supports versioning, to view different versions of your API, and comparing, to view changes between two versions of your API. TypeDoc converts comments in TypeScript source code into rendered HTML documentation or a JSON model. It is extensible and supports a variety of configurations. Available as a CLI or Node module. TypeDoc requires Node.js to be installed on your system. Installing TypeDoc is available as a node package. Using npm ensures that all relevant dependencies are setup correctly. You can choose to either install locally to your project or globally to the CLI. TypeDoc aims to support the two latest TypeScript releases for the latest release. Depending on the scale of breaking changes introduced in a new TypeScript version, a given version may support more versions of TypeScript. The CLI can be used both from your terminal or from npm scripts. All arguments that are not passed with flags are parsed as entry points. The terraform-docs configuration file uses the yaml format in order to override any default behaviors. This is a convenient way to share the configuration amongst teammates, CI, or other toolings. Once you set it up and configured it, every time you or your teammates want to regenerate documentation (manually, through a pre-commit hook, or as part of a CI pipeline) all you need to do is run terraform-docs /module/path. One of the most popular format is markdown table, which is a very good fit for generating README of module. terraform-docs is available on Linux, macOS, Windows, and FreeBSD platforms. terraform-docs will locate any available configuration file without needing to explicitly pass the --config flag. -
