Give your desktop a fresh look by changing folder colors. Folder Colorizer is a lightweight tool that makes it easy to apply any hue to your folders so they stand out at a glance.

Quick usage guide

To color a folder, right‑click it from File Explorer and choose the color option added by the app — the change is applied immediately and requires no separate program window.

Managing your palette

Open the Colors… panel to view and edit saved swatches.
Pick a new shade from the color picker and press +Add color to save it.
Remove an unwanted swatch by clicking the small “x” in the corner of that color entry.
See the list of default colors and add your own custom entries below them.

Restore originals

If you want to undo the change, there’s a one‑click option to return a folder to its original yellow icon.
