Context menu and 'Select all'

It's a quite interesting bug. I am using jEdit on both
Windows and Fedora Core 4. Steps to produce what I see:

1. Added Select All to the context menu.
2. Open a file (I have C++ file open).
3. Right click in editor and click on 'Select All' from
the context menu. Now all lines are selected and
hightlighted.
4. Right click on the same line when you clicked
'Select All'.
5. The selection is not retained and hightlight removed.

This problem is less obvious when I press CTRL+A and
right click somewhere in editor, but if I try enough
this problem will occur.
