Add support for a new "keep" rule, kind of a proguard-lite. Documentation is forthcoming but it is basically just like zap except the pattern specifies the classes to preserve. It does a transitive dependency closure and throws away everything else.

Fix annotation bug in ASM trunk. Fix a problem with repackaging class literals (again). Allow either colon or semi-colon in classpaths, regardless of platform.
