  • I've been using Unicenta flawlessly in several stores in Barcelona for over 2 years now, since version 4.6.3. I'm now installing version 5.2 in a new store. Hugh has always been great and fast at resolving all doubts I've posted the in the forum. It's a really great software, with a lot of room for customization.
  • Let's start with Paid vs Free. Paid is supposed to offer priority support. Well, there is no such thing. The support people need to refresh their memories on what support means; to serve as a foundation for. Let's not even discuss Priority, that doesnt exist either. The support people will make suggestions or point you to similar issues that they find in both theirs and this forum... they will not give you a resolution! Issues as old as 7+/- years remain in the application today, and any resolution to those issues are left to you the end-user to resolve. The support and development personnel have not and will not vet, verify or validate issues that are brought to their attention. If you have several days or weeks of investigating and troubleshooting to spare, go ahead and install it. Otherwise, don't walk away, run away from Unicenta and everything it represents.   • Worked with unicenta since 2009, Really nice project in infastructure and features. Love the way their ability of customizations. Nice work. Keep up the good work.
