[Tuxpaint-devel] GSOC 10

Hi ,

I am a second-year student (CSE) and I would like to participate in TuxPaint
and work on the project of Accessibility Improvements. I wanted to know if
Asset Management Web Application also comes under it.  Am I to communicate
through mails as the main mode of communication ? The IRC channel looks a
bit inactive to me.
