CHANGES.txt is the full change-log, but I try to keep it as human-readable as possible. I then use it as the basis of press releases (e.g., http://www.tuxpaint.org/latest/ ) and other announcements. (I never got in the habit of doing both ChangeLog and NEWS, which I guess is the GNU way. *shrug*) Also note that I only update the version section once a release is made. I do update the date (e.g., if I made some change today, the line near the top would simply change from "2009.April.1 (0.9.21)" to "2009.April.3 (0.9.21)") Hope that helps, -- -bill!
