Hello Peter, I tryed to contact the list and you directly some times with patches for merging into rdesktop and got no replies. I ended up announcing here a tarball with many fixes we have been using at O.S. Systems at time (http://arquivos.ossystems.com.br/~otavio/rdesktop-1.6.0.oss1.tar.gz) that is still available if you want to check. After some time trying contact I gave up and stop contacting you and the mailing list. After some time people contacted me and told me about FreeRDP so I joined the project and started contributing to it. Personally I'd say it would be awesome to get you guys helping FreeRDP and get your working improvements on it but I fear most of us will not give up on FreeRDP since it is much easier to contribute to it and it has much nicer architecture. About the license, I personally prefer LGPL then Apache but it is not the end of world for me. So it is acceptable on the end. As you have said, many vendors doesn't give changes back so it is not a huge difference on the end. Cheers, -- Otavio Salvador O.S.
