I have gotten the latest version of Qucs working on OS X 10.4 on a PPC=20
machine.  These instructions *should* work for 10.4 on an Intel machine,=20
but I don't currently have a way to test this.

I recommend that you go to the Apple developer website:

   http://developer.apple.com/

sign up for a free membership, and then download the latest version of=20
Xcode (2.4).

Next, download the latest version of the Fink package manager:

   http://fink.sourceforge.net/

Use the 'Fink Commander' program to install the 'qt3-dev' package.

Now download the latest development snapshot of Qucs (currently 0.0.11):

   http://www.lkcc.org/~raimi/tmp/qucs-sometimes/

You'll want to grab 'qucs-0.0.11.tar.gz' and 'qucs-core-0.0.11.tar.gz'.=20
  When you unpack these two archives, you will have two directories:

   qucs-0.0.11
   qucs-core-0.0.11

Move the 'qucs-core-0.0.11' directory into the 'qucs-0.0.11' directory,=20
and rename it from 'qucs-core-0.0.11' to 'qucs-core'.

You should now be able to do:

   configure
   make
   sudo make install

Let me know if this works.  Please copy and paste the text of any error=20
messages that you encounter in your response.
