Hey all, The attached patches allow the tabular diagram to show the magnitude in decibels (relative to 1v) in addition to real/imaginary and magnitude/angle views. This is useful for me since I'm working with audio. It adds a new categories under the "Number Notation" called "Magnitude (decibel)" in the "Edit Diagram Properties" dialog. The patches are against the following files in in the 0.0.8 release - /qucs/main.cpp - /qucs/main.h - /qucs/diagrams/tabdiagram.cpp - /qucs/diagrams/diagramdialog.cpp I'm about at my skill level right now, so this is about as good as I can get. If I can figure it out (I don't see it happening any time soon), I'd like get the following in there too: - Get Cartesian graphs to do a dB scale - Ability to set the reference voltage in a separate box in the "Edit Diagram Properties" dialog Mike Kost mi...@ta... P.S.: Legal mumbo jumbo These patches are released under the GPL. Woohoo, party time. |
