The latest MinGW-suite has a different g++ version meanwhile.  FreeHDL
v0.0.3 was compiled a different one.  That's why I suggest for now to also
install the mingw-package we provided with the freehdl 0.0.3 package on the
SF download site for qucs.

I plan to release in the near future 0.0.15 of qucs.  Also then I am going
to add win32 binaries for
 - latest mininmal mingw-installation (g++ only)
 - freehdl 0.0.7
