[Qucs-help] Simulation - SPICE model

   Dear QUCS-team,

I implemented some new SPICE-models according to the
manufacturer's data sheet. However, for several models there 
is a simulation error with some parameters. The program says 
that they are out of range.

The parameters are:

Nf [0.9,100], Ne [1 to 100], Nr [0.9,100], Nc [1 to 100]

Is there a work around to get the simulation done?
I do not want to play with the parameters, since they are
optimized by the manufacturer. Example: BFR182,
where Nf=0.5669, Ne=0.91624, Nr=0.54818, Nc=0.5641
