I'm using 5.17.6 and the latest nightly build (dd. 28-08-2011) dataset for the
RSRD. I retried it just now with only RSRD loaded, clean character, no homebrew.

The natural attacks are automatically equiped. But not available in the picker of Improved Natural Attack. I removed the natural attacks. This made
Improved Natural Attack unavailable. I re-equiped the claw which made Improved
Natural Attack available again, but only for unarmed strike and grapple.

Sounds like the tag in Imp Natural Attack needs to be updated, like we did in
Pathfinder.
