PCGen is a great tool. I liked it so much I began assisting the project. It supports lots of d20 systems out there. With new features and an eye towards the future I highly recommend this free project/product to everyone.

PCGen has made managing my characters' information so much more simple and easy that it's difficult to describe. The system still has some glitches here and there, but it's light-minutes ahead of any of the alternatives I've seen.
