OS Block - Skill Bonus
What it does:
Displays Information under the skills block about circumstantial skills

Requires:
TYPE 'SkillBonus"
ASPECT:SkillBonus|

Can be used only in Ability or Feat files.

How to Use:
In Ability or Feat use 'SkillBonus' in the "TYPE" tag and 'ASPECT:SkillBonus|x'
x = Text as Desc Tag, to display.

Example:

Racial Bonus +2
  TYPE:SkillBonus
  DESC:This race does well underground
  ASPECT:SkillBonus|+2 to Racial Checks when working underground
