I got it recently to load from source, and the OGL comes up but is laggy. then when i start a new character it prevents me from clicking anything and locks up there, i did manage to get it to spit more info out to the debug, but couldn't highlight it to C+P here. (can i set it to go to a log file?) I do sometimes get a JRE not responding when i shut it down in WIN 7. I tried both have it look for a solution (came up nill) the other option is just close program. hope this helps. > PCGen locks up on start in Win7 enviroment > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: CODE-542 > URL: http://jira.pcgen.org/browse/CODE-542 > Project: Code > Issue Type: Bug > Affects Versions: 5.16.4 > Environment: Win7 Java 1.6.0_24 > Reporter: Michael Bz > Priority: Major > > Install works fine, get to choosing the set to use, can not create a new set, pick a already created one, loads (sometimes), gets to OGL (less likely), get to create new character; nothing works, can not change tabs, input data anything. only way to get out is to shut down in control pannel. > HELP! -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.pcgen.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira |
