As defined in 5.16.4, the aasimar gets both a direct +2 racial bonus to the skills Perception and Diplomacy, and also the Skilled ~ Aasimar ability, which gives an additional +2 to Perception and Diplomacy.  They should only get a +2 total on these skills.  One of these (probably the direct bonus) needs to be removed.

As I understand it, as a Data Lemur I'm not authorized to change the release files myself.
