This one is a bit more involved to reproduce as a consequence of current inability to remove Racial traits (reported elsewhere :-).

PFCR & PFAPG only loaded

- Create new Gnome Fighter, 10 stats
- Save character
- Open pcg in "your favourite text editor" & remove the 7 default gnome racial trait abilities
- Load character in pcgen
