Create a 2nd skill that has a conditional BONUS:SKILLRANK that is applied at a later time (e.g. enabled by a higher class level)

Note that the 2 skills that contain the BONUSes should be USEUNTRAINED:NO and NOT listed in the CSKILL list of the class(es) possessed by the PC.
