This would be a PCC tag similar in function to HIDETYPE. As for the syntax, the list of other subtokens would include whatever PCGen can produce an uncontructed object report on.

Syntax:

FORWARDREF:x|y,y

x = uncontructed object type:
ABILITY (with CATEGORY=x), FEAT, SKILL, SPELL, CLASS, DOMAIN, RACE, LANGUAGE, TEMPLATE, DEITY, EQMOD, WEAPONPROF, ARMORPROF, SHIELDPROF, CLASSSKILLLIST, DOMAINSPELLLIST, CLASSSPELLLIST

y = object name

example:

FORWARDREF:CLASSSPELLLIST|Assassin,Black Guard
