at the end, etc.  ADD:TEMPLATE:1|whatever|whatever2 - only shows if one or

I don't think this request makes sense. No ADD tags take PREreqs and the
discussion regarding the possibility has highlighted serious issues with
how it would work.

Will close unless there is further clarification of the requirement.
